WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We’re downtown Vancouver at 783 Beatty street, just off of Robson & Beatty street and a quick 2 blocks from the Stadium Skytrain Station
WHAT PRODUCT LINE'S DO YOU USE?
We proudly use Davines & Moroccanoil, these both align with our values and are sustainable & eco friendly
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Clients who give less than 24 hours notice before their appointment time will be charged a 50% fee of the service amount booked. No-shows or day of cancellations will be charged the full amount of the service booked. ***Sheena & Taylor require 48 hours notice***
New clients are required to provide a credit card number at the time of booking their first appointment, nothing is charged to the card unless you don’t meet the cancellation policy requirements.
Sometimes life happens and we get it, so there’s always an exception to every rule
DO YOU RECYCLE?
WHERE CAN I PARK?
2 hour street parking is available and there are several pay parking lots in the area. One is at the Sandman Hotel or across the street on Robson at the old Back Forty Pub
HOW LONG WILL I BE THERE?
If you are coming in for a blonding service they can be 4+ hours depending on what you’re having done, so bring a snack and dont be in a rush so we can take the time to create your dream hair. If you’re a new client, it takes extra time because we’ll chat about your hair currently and what’s been done to it in the last 5 years… yes 5 years!! Also having some hair inspo pics saved on your phone to share with your stylist is great so we can articulate exactly what you’re looking for. Creating custom colour is a process and we love it!
AM I A COLOUR CORRECTION?
If you are new to the salon you may be wondering what service to book, lots of times it is a colour correction. Here are the questions to ask yourself:
Have you box dyed your hair or used Henna in the last 5 years?
Have you had any professional colour besides lightener on your hair in the last 5 years?
Are you wanting a big makeover that is correcting something you don’t like?
If you are a colour correction, these take a lot of work and sometimes multiple sessions to get where you want to be, especially if there is box dye in there!
We offer complimentary consultations to discuss your hair and your hair goals and talk about budget. We want everyone to achieve their hair goals but sometimes it takes time, we have no magic wand and the integrity of your hair is of the utmost importance!
WHAT IF I'M NOT 100% HAPPY WITH MY SERVICE?
We take pride in our work and want to create a style that suits you best and has you leaving the salon feeling fabulous!
If you get home and feel like maybe it’s not quite what you were expecting, please contact us and let us know!! We have a 2 week grace period for any adjustments, as long as it was the look that you had discussed. Unfortunately if you try something different and just decide it’s not for you, that will be another full service with charge.
