We know life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice so we have the opportunity to fill your reserved time.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the booked service. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service.

If you’re running late, please let us know. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on the service and your stylist’s schedule.
